晴れ。朝家事は掃除機がけ、洗濯物干し、布団干し。その後富士の湯の隣の床屋さんに行った。今日もほかに客はおらず、爺さんが一人新聞を広げていた。で、爺さんに丁寧にハサミで遣ってもらった。側では誰も見ていないテレビが“近郊の小さな旅”というような番組を流していて、市川大野あたりに在るらしい「赤毛のアン」云々という小さなテーマパークのような喫茶店を紹介していたが、旅人役の女性が「赤毛のアン」を全く知らず、予習も全くせずに臨場したようで、実にトンチンカン！テレビはそこまで劣化しているのかと哀れを感じた。で、小半時弱で一丁上がり。

床屋さんがワカちゃんのいる日溜まり公園のそばなのでご機嫌を伺いに行ったら出てきた。天気によって居場所を変えているのだろう。
そこから生協に行き、甘い物でもと思ったのだが、アジフライの出来立てを並べていたので、それに負けた。いつものベンチで野点致す。
帰宅して布団を取り込み、昼飯を喰って、一息入れて、散歩。
先ず、またワカちゃんを訪ね、今度はチューブ・スナック、マグロ風味を試してみた。鼻先に余の手が行くので逃げるかと思ったがペロペロと始めた。終わりの方で本当に余の指に彼女の舌が触るところでヤバいと気付いたらしく身構えたが、後退りはせず。
ワカちゃんの日溜まりから、修徳学園での一撮を経て、白鳥の都住に先日出会った猫たちを訪ねてみた。呼んでみたら黒猫がすぐに飛び出してきた。キジトラは居らず。何回か通えばなついてくれるやも知れず。
そこから葛飾野高校正門を経て、曳舟川遊歩道に至り、これを遡上し、お稲荷さんに至る。余がコンちゃんの視野にはいるや彼女は飛び起き、余を出迎える。腹が空いていなければこんな接遇はしない猫であるから、分かった、分かったとカバンからマグロ風味を出した。食い気はあるようだが、スナック会場で正座しない。スナックを無駄にはしたくないので、両者合意の場所に正座するまで待った。で完食。腹が膨れればマイペース猫に戻り、立ち去る。
お稲荷さんに二十円献納しポックリを祈願のあと、ローソンに入りシュークリームと珈琲を買い、遊歩道のベンチで一休み致す。
そこから図書館に回り予約本2冊を借りた。で、最後にクロちゃんを訪ねた。今日は居てくれてとても濃い愛情を示してくれた。クロちゃんの親代わり兄さんの建てた寒さを凌ぐ段ボールの立派なシェルターが階段下に出来ていた。今日は「もう少し居てくださいな、」とでもいうように最後まで足に纏わりついてくれて、ほとんどない後ろ髪をギュッとひかれた。
で、帰宅して急いで洗濯物を取り込み、蕪と鶏肉の煮物、鮭の焼物を手伝う。

The guide us through those changes and a lot of questions you’ve sent in about your pension plans are Nigel Peaple, Director of Policy and Research at the Pension and Lifetime Savings Association, better known as PLSA, and Alice Guy, Head of Pensions and Savings at Interactive Investor. Welcome to both.
Alice, if I could start with you, right at the beginning of the program I talked about these proposed changes announced by the Chancellor. What do you think of them? First of all, just give us the headline issues. What are they, how significant are these things?

Well, I think the first thing to point out is that there are different types of pensions. Some people have a public sector pension, some people have a final salary pension, and the third type that may be more of us have now is the define contribution that is the type we are paying into our investment pot and that grows at the time. It’s only actually defined contribution pensions are affected by this announcement. What it means is that the some of the biggest workers pension providers have agreed to put five percent of people's pension pot into private companies. So most companies that we traditionally investing or funds investing companies, we are talking companies that are listed on the FTSE 100 or the equivalent in America. So we can publically buy the shares.
This is talking about private companies that might be family owned, that might be a sort of start ups, they might be actually established companies but they happen to ???(1)??? ownership. Now that sector, private companies, traditionally growth, historically, has grown faster than the listed companies. And that's what Jeremy Hunt is hoping that by investing some in that sector and people can boost their position return.
I think there are a few things to bear in mind though which is that they often have much higher fees than traditional pension funds. And also when we are looking at performance, it’s important not just think that the performance in the past that grantees in the future.
